There were 11 of us from two countries celebrating a family reunion. Our group ranged in age from 17- 62. The house was in excellent condition, totally clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The grounds and the pool were also very well cared for and the location was peaceful but not too far from some nice restaurants,stores and historic villas. The owners were lovely, most welcoming and easy to reach when needed. The house is great for a large group because the bedrooms are quite private and there are several different gathering places in the house but the best of all is the terrace off of the kitchen with the view of the hills.

Beautiful apartment in a terrific location inside the city walls. Dario was fantastic; he even helped us lug our bags to apartment. He provided good tips for restaurants and other information about the city center. I wish we had planned to stay few more days as there is so much to see and do in Lucca
