MAIN VILLA
The main villa consists of two floors:
GROUND FLOOR: Large salon with sofas, fireplace, table,chairs,70″ TV, bathroom, well equipped kitchen going out to a veranda with table and chairs seating up to 10 people
UPPER FLOOR: through an elegant marble stairs there is access to the upper floor, with one master bedroom, two double bedrooms, and two baths
GUEST HOUSE
The guesthouse has a large living area with sofas, tv, kitchen with table and chairs seating up to 6 people, two double bedrooms, one bathroom, one lovely veranda with sofas
OUTSIDE
The huge park is very special and unique. A nice swimming pool, a gymn box with jacuzzi, a tennis court and a soccer filed refine the beauty and exclusivity of such a special place
