This luxury holiday villa rental in Tuscany sits at the top of a hill overlooking an amazing Tuscan landscape, at 5 min from the lovely village of Certaldo, and 30 min from Florence and Siena. The famous Towers of San Gimignano are outlined on a near hill. From a private allee there is the access to the fenced property and the parking area. The villa consists of two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor contains a large living room with fireplace, game corner and pool table, a separate den/library, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a powder room, laundry room and one double bedroom with bath.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is reached by a wide and open stairway with a very large landing and contains 7 double bedrooms, each with its own bath. From this floor some stairs go to a private space with a master suite (bedroom, bath and sitting area) and two private roof terraces.
OUTSIDE
The views from all rooms are breathtaking . The large swimming pool sits at the front of the house amid the gardens and looks out over the entire panorama of Tuscan hills. A lovely garden, a covered gazebo with table and chairs, a BBQ corner, a vineyard, some olive trees and approx. a couple of acres of land refine this ‘unique’ property.
