This villa is a gem of a Tuscan villla set in a stunning estate of hill-terraced olive groves and overlooking a small lake with its own little island reached by a wooden bridge.
It is a home of great charm and comfort (fully heated and air-conditioned) with 6 elegant and luxuriously appointed guestrooms each with magnificent en-suite bath and shower facilities for up to 12 guests.
The villa consists of two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
Main entrance leading into a grand salon of comfortable sofas and armchairs, fireplace and music system. TV room with satellite TV, fully equipped Tuscan kitchen , domed dining room, guest study area, fax, internet access and computer facilities, cloakroom, bathroom, laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR
6 sunny and spacious queen bedded rooms with beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors each with modern en-suite bath and shower facilities. One room has the possibility to be adjoining and can either be a twin bedded or king bedded room.
OUTSIDE
Flood-lit swimming pool, table & chairs for al fresco dining, small lake with its own little island reached by a wooden bridge, olive and woodland walks.
STAFF/SERVICES
