This large and imposing villa sits on a hillside offering magnificent views over the Lucca valley. Built in the early l800s, the Villa was carefully renovated in 2002, preserving its very unique architectural features while updating the entire structure to be able to offer modern comforts to its guests. Composed of three floors, the Villa comfortably accommodates 16 guests in 8 large bedrooms with spacious common areas. The outside spaces include gardens, a fully restored chapel, and a 5x10 meter swimming pool and covered dining area immediately to the side of the kitchen.

Ground Floor

The ground floor contains a large and welcoming entry hall, living room, den with card tables and bar, powder room, dining room with fireplace and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen which opens directly onto the covered pergola for outside dining along the pool area

First Floor

One flight up the beautiful staircase, a large central salon gives way to four bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and ensuite full bath (with hydro massage tub), a double bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom (shower), and two other large bedrooms (one twin-bedded and one with a double bed) that share a full bath (shower and tub)

Second Floor

The top floor of the Villa has four more bedrooms, all opening onto a large central salon. There are two double rooms, each with an ensuite bath (shower) and two twin-bedded rooms that share a full bath (tub and shower)

The outside areas of the Villa are well cared for private and offer spectacular views of the Lucca Valley and countryside. The pool is a few steps away from a covered dining area that can seat 16 comfortably and is located just off the kitchen entryway. There is private parking on the Villa's own grounds and a little gem of a private chapel has been perfectly restored and sits to one side of the front entrance.

Included in the price of the villa is maid service 5 times a week. Bath linens are changed twice a week. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Utilities are included in the price of the Villa except for heat during the winter months, which is metered and billed according to consumption.

The Villa has broad band internet access, cable TV and a stereo CD sound system.
