The famous Towers of San Gimignano are outlined on a distant hill.
The villa has nine double bedrooms, each with its own bath. The first floor contains a large living room with fireplace, game corner and pool table, a separate den/library, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a powder room, laundry room and one double bedroom with bath. The second floor is reached by a wide and open stairway with a very large landing and contains 7 double bedrooms, each with its own bath. The third floor, a private space, contains a master suite (bedroom, bath and sitting area) with two private roof terraces.
The views from all rooms are wonderful. The large swimming pool sits at the front of the house amid the gardens and looks out over the entire panorama of Tuscan hills.
A lovely garden, a vineyard, some olive trees and approx. a couple of acres of land belongs to the property.
