‘Al Villaggio’ is part of an old hamlet, originally occupied by farmers and now completely renovated and converted in an exclusive and ‘unique’ property.

It is situated in a beautiful position on the hillside north west of Lucca, south-facing, with brathtaking views on Lucca, the rolling slopes and the valley. The location can not be better: just in the middle of its own estate, with terraced groves dotted with olive trees and vineyards. Some of the best wine and olive oil of the entire region come from this Farm.

It has been faitfully restored, respecting the ancient character and charme of the original farmhouse and at the same time adding quality and comfort with some restored ‘antiques’ furnitures and the newest equipment. An example of this nice fusion of ‘old’ and ‘new’ is the very well-equipped kitched, which opens to a terrace with beautiful views, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining, to the garden and to the spectacular swimming pool, really the proudness of the owner.

The property consists of three different houses:

• “IL MELOGRANO”, sleeps 7 people
  It is entirely constructed of stone, with 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms,  all finished in stone and marble, and including a spacious living room with fireplace;
  
•  “I NESPOLI”  sleeps 6 people
  It contains 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,  large lounge with fireplace, living room;
  
• “Il GELSO” , sleeps 7 people
  It contains 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and 4 bathrooms, living room,  spacious lounge and fireplace.

By the swimming pool level there is a common outside area with chairs, tables, sun umbrellas and a wood oven with the possibility to let prepare by our pizzamaker delicious 'pizzas'.  A dining-living area with kitchen, just opening onto the pool area, is available for our guests. A large gym and exercise room complex is located one level beneath the gathering room.  The exercise room has hardwood floors, gym equipment and the surprising feature of two large windows that look directly into the pool!  Just off this large room is a spa complex featuring a turkish steam room and hydro-showers
