This beautiful restoration has been going on for the past two years and is now ready for the 2008 rental season. Located just a few kilometers outside the walled city of Lucca, the villa offers five air-conditioned double guestrooms, each with its own bath, in a lovely country setting.

The villa (ca.200 sqm) consists of:

GROUNDFLOOR

The dining room seats 10 comfortably and the villa is equipped with a full supply of china, glassware and linens. The cozy sitting room features a fireplace and comfortable seating. One of the five suites is in this floor with a private bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR

In this floor there are four double bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Each one is spacious with large armoires for storage and new beds throughout. All five of the bathrooms in the villa are spacious and
outfitted with new fixtures, including very unusual sinks and beautiful tile work.

The outside spaces of the villa, surrounded by the Lucca hills, are peaceful and tranquil. There are hammocks, many lounge chairs and a beautiful teak dining table and chairs that are arranged under a tented pergola off the kitchen. A lovely pool with a gezebo refines the beauty of this charming country house.

On one side of the house there is a wood oven and the bbq.

There is a wi-fi broad band access to internet, a sat tv and a stereo system.
