Corte Paolo is an enchanting and beautifully restored country house set in the Lucchese countryside at just 10 minutes south from the walled city of Lucca. It is a Tuscan retreat of great charm available for exclusive private rental (long or short-term). The house, dated back 1830, was completely and very tastefully renovated between 2003 and the first 6 months of 2004. In each room it has been kept the original beamed ceilings as well as the unique ‘cotto’ floor. It consists of three floors and an outside area:

Living area seating up to 7 persons with one sofa’, two arm-chairs, two chairs, a table, a satellite TV, telephone, central music system (CD, radio, cassette and microphone)

Kitchen full-equipped, fireplace, table and chairs for up to 8 persons

FIRST FLOOR

2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower

SECOND FLOOR

Office with a sofa, a desktop with a chair, telephone, fax and internet access (possibly adsl)
An empty room that can used as a storage room or a temporary extra-single bedroom

A corner with the heater
