Casale Giacomo is located in Lucca province, close (3Kms) to the village of Massaciuccoli, that is very famous for the lake that takes its name, where Giacomo Puccini used sailing and hunting, and from where most of his operas were inspired.
Through a private road you arrive to a gate and to the property, that is completely enclosed. The main house consists of two floors, each approx. 150 sqm large.
GROUNDFLOOR
The ground floor has access to a independent suite, with a living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. This suite is also connected to the inside through an inner door. The entrance door brings to an elegant entrance hall with piano and some antique pieces and to a living area with a wood oven and a small kitchen, a laundry area and the main kitchen, that has also access from outside. In this floor there are 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en-suite (one as described with also access from outside) and one twin bedroom with a bathroom next door
FIRST FLOOR
A marble stairs connects this floor to the main salon of the upper floor, that is equipped with comfortable sofas, a table and chairs seating 10 persons. Two large windows/doors make this room very special, with outstanding views on the hills around, the olive trees and the lake. From the salon there is access to a covered terrace with two tables each setting 8-10 persons. In the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one double with bathroom en-suite and one twin bedroom with a bathroom next door.
From the terrace a stairs connects this floor to the villa entrance (lower level).
All the house is fully air conditioned and covered by a broad band wi-fi internet connection.
Walking an easy path there is the beautiful and panoramic pool area, with the swimming pool (14x7mt), chairs lounges and tables, and a marble cabin with two showers. All around a green area with a few trees guarantees shadowed and by sea breezes refreshed corners, where even the hottest summer days can be comfortably enjoyed
The location of this property is very strategic, at just 15 min form the walled town of Lucca, at 15 min from the beach, at 3 Km from the village of Massaciuccoli with a cafe/restaurant and a couple of shops. Pisa is at just 20 min and Florence at 1h.
