This beautiful restoration has been going on for the past two years and is now ready for the 2008 rental season. Located on a top of a hill at 10 Kms west of the walled city of Lucca, the villa offers five air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bath. A 14X7mt pool is located in a sunny and very panoramic area in a lovely country setting, with nearly 360° views on the own olive trees, the vineyards rolling gently down in the typical Tuscan slopes, and teh valley below up to the sea.
The villa (ca.450 sqm) consists of:
GROUNDFLOOR
The entrance is in the main salon, furnished with sofas, seating up to 10 persons. An antique fireplace refines the elegance of this room. The dining room seats 10 comfortably with a beautiful table and a door going out to a pergola with a table and chairs. A very well equipped kitchen has a direct access to another pergola outside, the part of the house where the guests mostly stay. A full bathroom is also situated in this floor.
FIRST FLOOR
In this floor there are five double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms and 2 double, each with its own full bath. These bathrooms are spacious with large armoires for storage and new beds throughout. All five of the bathrooms in the villa are spacious and outfitted with new fixtures, including very unusual sinks and beautiful tile work. All the bedrooms are fully airconditioned.
The outside spaces of the villa, with breathtaking views, are peaceful and tranquil. There are hammocks, many lounge chairs and a beautiful teak dining table and chairs that is arranged under a wistaria pergola off the kitchen.
