This beautiful villa is dated back 1810. Located just a few kilometers outside the walled city of Lucca, the villa offers four double guestrooms, each with its own bath, in a lovely country setting. Form the garden and the pool there are breathtaking views on Lucca and the rolling slopes
The villa (ca.300 sqm) consists of:
GROUNDFLOOR
The kitchen seats 8 comfortably . The cozy sitting room features a fireplace, comfortable seating and a tv sat. In this floor thre is a doubel bedrooms with its own bath en-suite
FIRST FLOOR
In this floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with its own full bath. Each one is spacious with large armoires for storage and new beds throughout. All four of the bathrooms in the villa are spacious and airy.
The outside spaces of the villa, surrounded by the Lucca hills, are peaceful and tranquil. There are hammocks, many lounge chairs and a dining table and chairs that is arranged under a tented pergola off the kitchen by the pool. There is also a wistaria pergolawith a tabel seating up to 8 persons
