The renovation of this beautiful 1700 old farmers hamlet (Borgo Antico) has been going on for the past two years and is now ready for the 2009 rental season. Located at just 3 kilometers west of the walled city of Lucca, the property consists of three main buildings:

THE PINK HOUSE

The pink house has been divided into two wings, with two independent entrances.

The bigger wing has three floors: through an elegant entrance hall there is a staircase to the first floor, opening into passage going to the dining area with a kitchen and a small balcony and to the two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with its own private bath en-suite; the second floor is like a copy of the first floor, with a dining area with a kitchen and two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with its own private bath en-suite; the third floor is a charming 'mansarda' living area with a kitchen, sofas, table and chairs, and a separate room with two single beds with a full bathroom

The smaller wing entrance goes onto a living area with a kitchen from where there is a passage to one double bedroom with a full bathroom

A lovely covered patio, just out of the two wings entrances, with tables and chairs can seat up to 12 persons, refines the beauty of this old house

THE POOL HOUSE

This two-storey house is close to the swimming pool. It has been divided in two floors: ground floor with a spacious and airy living area, first floor with two double bedrooms, each with private bath en-suite, one with shower and the other with jacuzzi tub. An outside covered patio, with table and chairs is also available.

THE MAIN VILLA

The main villa will be available in the 2010 season. By now it is neither rented nor occupied by anyone.

The huge outside area is really the best feature of this property, with a 10.000mq fenced garden, a covered pergola, the huge swimming pool, the high-quality wood furnishings. And all around the 'dramatic' Tuscan landscape, with the rolling slopes, the olive trees and the vineyards

The entire property is covered by a wi-fi broad band access to internet. In every building there are sat tvs, stereo systems and airconditioning system
