This elegant apartment is at the first floor (‘’Noble Floor’’) of an ancient ‘Palazzo Lucchese’ (Lucchese building). It is located in the medieval part of the walled town of Lucca, at just 50mt from the most famous shopping street of Lucca, VIa Fillungo, and the Anfiteatro square.
The entire ‘Palazzo’ is under strict control of the Monuments and Fine Arts Office, who consider the building one of the Italian monument to be preserved.
The flat is reachable via a huge hall. It is approx. 120 sqm large, but it looks much bigger because of its high original beamed ceiling (over4 mt high).
The recent renovation has brought to the light the original color of the old beamed ceiling, a real masterpiece of this flat! The kitchen is equipped of the most modern facilities, ie. freezer, refrigerator, ovens, 4 stoves, dishwasher and microwave.
