This elegant apartment is at the first floor (‘’Noble Floor’’) of an ancient ‘Palazzo Lucchese’ (Lucchese building). It is located in airy and sunny situation, just facing the old Walls of Lucca, from where it takes name.
The flat is reachable via a huge hall, an elegant original staircase or by elevator. It is approx.80 sqm large, but it looks much bigger because of its high original beamed ceiling (over 4 mt high).
The recent renovation has brought to the light the original old beamed ceiling, a real masterpiece of this flat!
From the entrance hall there is access to the salon with the seating area, to the kitchen and to the master bedroom, with its bathroom at next door.
