A 1920 'Palazzo', that is located in the most central square of Forte dei Marmi, has been renovated in the 2009 season and converted in three exclusive apartments. From an elegant door on a shopping walking area street there is the access to a common hall, from where two flights of beautiful marble stairs bring to another small hall with the entrances to two apartments.
Apartment A
It is the largest apartment, 130 sqm large. The entryway opens onto an a salon with sofas seating 8 persons and a to a dining area, with a table seating 8 persons, with a balcony on the lovely shopping street. Next to this room there is the well equipped kitchen. From the living area there is the access to the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms, one with a balcony on the street, one large studio with double bed sofa, two bathrooms with shower.
Apartment B
This apartment is 110 sqm large and consists of a large living area, a kitchen with a pretty balcony on the square, two double bedrooms, one with a balcony on the street, two bathrooms with shower.

This apartment is 120 sqm large and consists of a large living area with a balcony on the square, a kitchen with a balcony on the street, two bedrooms, one with a balcony on the street, two bathrooms with shower.
The three flats have been renovated and furnished at the same high standard quality. The living rooms are comfortably and elegantly furnished and light-filled. The newly installed kitchens are fully equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, and full complement of cooking and serving utensils. They are fully air conditioned.
The beach is within 200 mt. Many shops, restaurants and coffee bars are just steps away.
Living in one of these 'unique' apartments is a wonderful way to experience the Tuscan shore and its surrounding areas. Forte dei Marmi is still a relatively uncrowded city with many one-of-a-kind shops, top restaurants and beautiful architectural vignettes at every turn. Its spectacular beaches, where everyone should have a walk at sunset, are a treasure to behold. It is a city of bicycles, the preferred mode of transportation. Frequent train and bus service to Lucca, Florence, Pisa and the nearby 5 Terre makes Forte dei Marmi a very desirable base for exploring this area of Tuscany
